Here's how the program works:
*Right click the image above to save the rewards card to your computer.
*Every time you make a purchase from my Scrap Orchard shop that's $5 or more, fill in one of the boxes with your invoice number.
*Once you've filled all the boxes, email me your completed card (labellevie.designs.hw@gmail.com) to receive your reward!
Some things to keep in mind about the program:
*Purchase amounts cannot be rounded up. For example, a purchase worth $9.93 is only good for one $5 box, not two.
*Purchase totals must be equal to or greater than $5 after all sales, discounts and coupons to be considered valid.
*Only one invoice number per box. You cannot combine invoices.
*Any and all invoices dated 2/13/15 or later are valid and may be used to fill in your discount card. Only invoices from my shop at Scrap Orchard are eligible, so please make sure you double check the invoice before adding it to your card!
*The $10 codes that I send out to those with completed cards will be valid for a period of 30 days and will not be reset once they expire. You are free to hold on to completed cards for as long as you like as they do not expire.
